Same day in most of our service area if you call before noon. Otherwise next-day delivery is standard, including Saturdays.

A standard rental period is included in every flat-rate quote. Need it longer? Tell us on the call and we will build the extra days in — or extend later at a stated daily rate.

We put protective boards down under the rollers on every delivery, on every surface. It is not an upgrade or an extra — it is how the truck operates.

No paint, fuels, solvents, asbestos, propane tanks, batteries, tires, refrigerants or medical waste. If you are unsure about an item, ask us before it goes in — one bad item can contaminate a whole load.

Not if the bin sits on private property. If it has to go on the street or boulevard, most municipalities require a permit. We tell you which one to file and how long it usually takes.

Every bin includes a disposal tonnage allowance. If the load weighs more, the overage is billed at the per-tonne rate quoted to you before delivery — and you get the scale ticket.

Yes for most renovation and construction debris. Clean fill — concrete, brick, soil, asphalt — must go in its own bin. Mixing it in turns a heavy-fill load into a mixed-waste load and costs you more.

Furniture, mattresses and most appliances are fine. Fridges and air conditioners need refrigerant removed first, or we can arrange it. Mattresses may carry a small per-item charge.

Level with the top rail. Anything above the rail cannot be legally tarped and transported, so the driver will ask you to pull it down before loading.
