Bin Pros Disposal

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 22, 2026

These terms apply to every bin rental booked with Bin Pros Disposal ("Bin Pros", "we", "us"), whether you book by phone, by email or through our website. By booking a bin, you agree to them. If anything in your written quote differs from these terms, your quote applies.

1. Quotes and pricing

We quote a flat rate for your job before you book. Your quote includes:

  • delivery to your site, on protective boards
  • the standard rental period stated on your quote
  • pickup and haul-away when you call
  • the disposal weight allowance for your bin size
  • licensed transfer-station tipping and sorting

The following can add to the price. The rate for each is given to you before you book:

  • weight over your included allowance, billed per tonne
  • extra rental days beyond the standard period
  • mattresses, tires and other per-item surcharge goods
  • a blocked or unreachable bin on pickup day
  • clean-fill loads that are contaminated and have to be reclassified as mixed waste

Prices are subject to applicable taxes (HST).

2. Payment

  • We accept debit, credit and e-transfer.
  • Your flat rate is due at booking or on delivery.
  • Any overage, extra days or surcharges are invoiced by email after pickup and are due on receipt.
  • Contractor and commercial accounts set up for monthly invoicing pay on the terms agreed with us.

3. Rental period

Your rental period is the one stated on your quote. Need the bin longer? Call us. Extra days are charged at the daily rate we give you, and we can build them into your quote from the start.

4. Delivery and placement

  • We try to deliver the same day if you call before noon. Otherwise we deliver the next day, including Saturdays. Delivery times depend on availability and are not guaranteed.
  • You choose where the bin goes and must make sure our truck can reach it. The spot must be clear, level, and able to take the weight of the truck and a loaded bin.

5. Permits

You do not need a permit if the bin sits on private property. If it has to go on a street, boulevard or other public property, most municipalities require a permit. It is your responsibility to get the permit before delivery. We will tell you which permit to apply for and how long it usually takes.

6. What can go in the bin

These items are not allowed in any bin: paint, fuels, solvents, asbestos, propane tanks, batteries, tires, refrigerants and medical waste. If you are unsure about an item, ask us before it goes in.

  • Clean fill, meaning concrete, brick, block, stone, asphalt, soil, sand, gravel, sod and ceramic tile, must go in its own bin. If wood, drywall, insulation, plastic or other materials are mixed in, the load is reclassified and billed as mixed waste.
  • Mattresses and tires may carry a per-item charge.
  • Fridges and air conditioners must have the refrigerant removed first. We can arrange this for you.

You are responsible for any extra disposal costs caused by prohibited or mixed materials in your bin.

7. Loading the bin

  • You load the bin yourself. This includes our Junk Removal Bins: we drop off the bin and haul it away, but we do not load it for you.
  • Fill the bin no higher than the top rail. A load above the rail cannot be legally tarped and transported, so our driver will ask you to remove the excess before pickup.

8. Weight

Every bin comes with a disposal weight allowance, confirmed at booking and shown on your quote. If your load weighs more, the overage is billed at the per-tonne rate quoted to you before delivery, and you receive the scale ticket.

9. Pickup

Call us when you are ready for pickup, or on the date stated on your quote. On pickup day, the bin must be reachable and clear of vehicles, gates, materials and other obstacles. If our driver cannot pick up the bin because it is blocked or unreachable, a charge applies. We tell you this rate before you book.

10. Cancellations

Cancel before the truck is dispatched and there is no charge. We would rather reschedule than bill you for nothing. If you cancel after the truck has been dispatched, a charge may apply. We will tell you the amount at booking.

11. Property damage

We lay protective boards under the rollers on every delivery. The bin and truck are very heavy, though, and some surfaces can still be marked or damaged. By choosing the placement spot, you confirm that it can support the truck and a loaded bin. Bin Pros is not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, curbs, landscaping or other surfaces at the placement spot or along the access route, unless the damage is caused by our negligence.

12. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

13. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect on the date you book applies to your rental.
